I think one of the most caring thing a person can do is just to generally ask how you are. You know a simple how was your day how is your life going ect ect. It shows a kind of compassion because you’re not upset and you don’t necessarily need it, but they still want to take the time out of their day to know a bit about yours. Personally i just think that shows such great personality...
