two-for-theshow asked: So this summer I want to make changes to my body. (In a healthy way) I want to start training with a trainer and I also want to start eating healthier but I'm very picky! I'll eat fruits, chicken, steak & a lot of protein, but I can't stand the taste of veggies! What I am saying is how to keep eating healthy & how to maybe open up to more foods?
Oh wow well personally I love vegetables haha! Try and just include it in your meals regularly and get your taste buds accustomed. In reality you won’t like all foods, but try and match some of the more “bearable” vegetables with other things you like :) For example make a yummy pasta dish, and add some vegetables! Have biscuits with dip but then add carrots. Get what I mean? Maybe eventually you’ll learn to eat salads on their own heheh but for now just ease yourself into the taste. They’re amazing for you! Good luck babe xxx
w-utevz asked: hey pretty lady! I just wanted to ask, I have been eating red meat for about 9 months now and I've been eating quite healthy/exercising alot but most of the blogs/videos/personal trainers that I talk to always say that I need red meat to help with my toning/weight loss. Did you find it hard to lose weight because you're a vegetarian or is everyone just being silly haha?
Hello beautiful :) So I’m assuming you mean you haven’t been eating red meat? Well I don’t think so but I see where they are coming from. Iron and Protein are the main “nutrients” we gain from eating meat (especially red meat). I personally think if you eat a lot of protein and iron filled foods (spinnach, nuts, beans, tofu, legumes, vegetarian “meats”) and I’d suggest iron supplements as well then i don’t think it matters! Plus you’re eating white meats still too right? Fish is amazingly good for you and chicken supplies those things as well. It’s not silly, but I just don’t think they’re fully exploring the options :) xxxx
Anonymous asked: What do you think of intermittent fasting? apparently it really works, but im just wondering whether its exactly like starving yourself for short amounts of time :s xxx
To be honest I don’t have a lot of experience or therefore knowledge of intermittent fasting.. But from what I think I know it’s calorie restrictions and pretty much starvation for periods of time. In my personal opinion I don’t agree with it and think it’s an unhealthy short term fix for weight loss. You may only be eating a small amount of calories but that’s not healthy, sometimes you need to sacrifice a larger amount of calories to eat healthy foods.. But least they’re good calories and nutritious for your body. As for starving, don’t even get me started haha Sorry to not be much help information wise xxx
p-layful asked: hottie with a body! xx
Hehehe xx
Anonymous asked: so I am not overweight but want to loose about 10-15 pounds and tone up mostly... what do u suggest for eating and working out?
Well if you’re not necessarily overweight then toning for you might result in gaining a little weight because it is increase in muscle… But anyway just eat as clean and unprocessed as you can, drink 2-3L of water per day, drinking green tea, eat at least 5 small meals a day with regular healthy snacking rather then 3 large meals. 20-30min of low intensity exercise a day (walking to school, pe etc) a few larger high intensity cardio sessions a week and a few resistance sessions :) that’s what I personally find is the way for weightless etc xxx
Anonymous asked: I can't stop eating Sweets :C
There’s nothing wrong with eating sweets! If you think you’re doing it too often then try and find some healthy alternatives that also fulfil your sweet cravings xx
we-all-fear-the-unknown asked: the main one that you pointed out for me was ' trying to prove my friends family or anyone wrong that have said I couldn’t do it', that hits me hard, because so many times i've given up. but guess what? i've lost 5kgs, still got some more to go but still :) yes i love the feeling i can feel myself becoming fitter, thankyou so much! your so beautiful x
Oh yes I remember that message I sent you, congrats!! I’m so proud 5kg is actually amazing progress! Stay positive you’re doing great hehe you’re so welcome and thank you gorgeous xxx
dichanget asked: can u check out my blog ? x
I’d love to :)
vibingstyle asked: You have an amazing body! What the hell! Not fair.
You’re amazingly sweet! Not even close but thank you so much xxx
infinitely-darker asked: do i have to be vegetarian to be as fit-looking as you? the chicken i buy is always treated very very very well, it's a special order that's shipped to our house from a farm far away, because they treat their animals so well there. but thats not the point i guess. i mean, can i lose as much weight as you while still eating chicken and fish? or do i need to cut that out if i hit a plateau or something? thanks, and good job!
No way! Being a vegetarian should be a personal choice, well it was for me :) obviously a lot of meat is processed nowadays so be careful with what you consume.. But that’s the same with all food groups. Fish is great for you and seeing as you take care with selecting a particular farm (for your chicken) I assume it’s not pack filled with preservatives:) So don’t sweat it babe! thanks heaps and good luck hehe xxx
